Please inspect all items before
opening, as we do not refund opened items. Please contact us by email for
your request to exchange, or return an item. Please include your name,
email address, order number and product name you wish to return. If the
package has been damaged during shipping or if you have received a defective
item, please contact us for further instructions.
You may return most new, unopened items (with
original contents and packaging) within 30 days of delivery. Shipping
cost is not refundable. Return shipping fee is the customer's
responsibility. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned
items. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method
minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
